How Do I Cancel?

You can easily cancel by accessing your account. Just click on "Settings" and then on "Billing." The cancellation button will be available right on that page.

Are There Any Additional Fees?

It depends on your usage. Every month, you receive enough free credits to send nearly 10,000 emails. If you need to send more, it costs only $0.001 per additional email (less than a tenth of a cent).

You can also use our system to send text messages. Your free credits can be used for this as well. If you run out of credits, it costs less than a cent to send or receive a short text message in the U.S. Longer messages may cost a bit more.

If you want our AI to automatically respond to your customers and prospects, each AI-generated response costs just over two cents.

Yes, it does! All our plans include ready-to-use message templates. However, the Grow plan (our basic plan) includes a limited selection of messages.
